Opened in August 2007, this upscale extended stay hotel is setting a new standard for luxury extended stay lodging in Pennsylvania's Brandywine Valley.  While keeping within the requirements of the prototype design, modifications were made to the floor plan to enhance the public spaces and to upgrade finishes.  Although the hotel is not LEED certified, this project included many "Green" design features.

This five-story, 110 suite facility is built of sound and fire-resistive concrete block walls and concrete plank floors.  Alternative structural systems were considered before the selected system was chosen for its economy and solid construction.  It was built on schedule through the winter, thanks to a team effort by the builder, owner and architect.

This landmark building is finished in materials fitting the Brandywine Valley setting.  The façade finishes and colors were carefully arranged for aesthetic impact and to meet local township requirements.

Inside, an expanded two-story "living room" greets the guests.  Adjacent to this living room is the buffet area where a hot breakfast is served in the morning and refreshments await the guests during other periods.  Guests have a choice of 56 studio suites, 46 one bedroom suites and 8 two bedroom suites.
