As part of Sun East Federal Credit Union's continued expansion, the credit union hired Dever Architects to design the new 2,100 square foot tenant fit-out space located in the Concord Gallery in Wilmington, DE.  This branch, which opened on September 16, 2011, is Sun East's first Delaware branch.

As the architects for this project, we provided full design, construction document, and construction administration services for the client.  Our services included the design of the millwork including the teller line, greeter's desk, check writing counter, work counters, and cabinetry.  On the exterior, we integrated the new masonry surround around the ATM and night depository safe so facade would continue seamlessly with the existing storefront design.  Additionally, the electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing were all reworked to accommodate this credit union branch tenant space.  Throughout this successful project we worked closely with Sun East's team and their vendors as well as the general contractor and subcontractors.
